Do you have a passion for coffee, people, and community? Java & Hopps Cafe is looking for an enthusiastic All Rounder to join our growing team! We’re more than just a café, we’re a vibrant, outdoor gathering space filled with great energy, good tunes, delicious drinks, and friendly faces (furry ones included).
What You'll Do:
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, tea, and specialty beverages
- Engage with customers in a warm, friendly, and knowledgeable manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café and workstations
- Assist with food prep and service during busy hours
- Support a team-focused, customer-first environment
What We're Looking For:
- Previous barista or customer service experience preferred
- Passion for coffee and creating memorable guest experiences
- Reliable, energetic, and adaptable in a fast-paced setting
- Strong communication skills and a team-player attitude
- Available to work weekends and evenings
